Return & Exchange Policy:

At Wall Mart, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

7 Days Exchange Policy

We offer a 7 days exchange policy on all products. You can request an exchange within 48 hours of receiving your order.Β 

Conditions for Exchange or Return:

Items must be unused and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.

Exchanges are possible for both regular and sale items.

Delivery Charges (In case of exchange):

Wrong product ordered by customer: Customer pays PKR 399 replacement delivery charges.

Damaged or defective article received:

Β Customer doesn't have to pay anything for replacement.

Return orders (when customer doesn't want the product):

(PKR 200) will be deducted from the refund to cover delivery costs. Also, customer have to ship our product back to our wearhouse address which is mentioned on label

Refunds:

Refunds are only offered in the case of return orders - When we received our product back. (minus PKR 200 delivery deduction)
